Define multiple plans: base rate (e.g. 20% of net), volume tiers on annual revenue (up to 50k: +2%, above: +5%), SPIFFs for one-off bonifying periods (e.g. +10% on December sales). Each user has their own commission profile with assigned plan, optional custom rate, contract dates, annual commission cap, and contractual notes.

As soon as a quote is issued for a client coming from a referrer, ark.plan computes an estimated commission. When the corresponding invoice is paid, the commission moves to realized. Commissions flow through pending → paid → clawed_back (if the invoice becomes overdue or is cancelled), with a full status change history.

Can a referrer access ark.plan?
Yes. A referrer can have their own limited access to their dashboard (their prospects, their estimated commissions, their payouts). They only see their own data, not other referrers or global finance. -
Which plan includes the Referral module?
The Referral module is included only in the Business plan (79 CHF/mo). It includes commission plans, SPIFFs, automatic calculation, per-referrer dashboard, ArkAV sync and Odoo export.
