Upload PDFs, images (JPEG, PNG, TIFF), Word and Excel documents, CSV — up to 50 MB per file. Each file is automatically filed under its project with metadata (name, type, size, date). Only authorized people can download — sensitive documents are never publicly exposed.

If your client files already live on Google Drive, no need to migrate. Just add the folder URL to an ark.plan project, run a scan, and ark.plan walks the folder to index its documents. AI search (embeddings-based) can then answer natural language questions about their content.

Are documents stored in Switzerland?
Yes. Files uploaded directly into ark.plan are stored on our Swiss Infomaniak servers. Documents referenced via Google Drive links stay on Google (you control their location via your Drive account). -
