Do my clients need to create an account to book?
No. Public booking (/rdv) and link-based proposals require no account. The client portal with email login is optional. -
Can a client propose another date if the slot does not suit them?
Yes. If a slot doesn't work, the client can decline it and you get notified. You then propose a new slot they accept or decline in one click. -
Are reminders sent automatically before the appointment?
Yes. Reminders are sent automatically by email before each appointment, based on the delay you configure. -
Which plan includes the Calendar module?
The Calendar module is included from the Starter plan (19 CHF/mo). It is one of the core modules of ark.plan alongside CRM and time tracking.
