AES-256-GCM encryption
Your connected credentials (Google, Odoo, IMAP, GitHub) and sensitive data are encrypted in the database with AES-256, the same standard used by Swiss banks.

Who has access to my data?
Only you and the team members you authorize. ark.swiss employees never access your data without your explicit permission, and only to resolve a technical incident. -
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You have 30 days to export your data in CSV. After that, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. -
Do you perform backups?
Yes. Automatic daily backups are performed and kept for 30 days. In case of data loss, we can restore to any point in the last 30 days.
