§03 — Media library storage

Storage reserved for media library files. Other modules use shared storage.

Add the media library to select this option.

Unlimited users, defined storage

No limit on users, projects, tasks, appointments or entries. File storage is limited to the included capacity.

*Fair use: each subscription sets aside part of its price for AI. If use becomes very intensive, we let you know first. Beyond that, audio reading and document analysis may be paused until the next month, then all AI. A tailored offer remains available.

Included foundation: users, departments, contacts, settings, search and an adapted home screen.

One shared capacity per organisation. Files, thumbnails, retained versions and items in the bin occupy this space.

Issued invoice PDFs, generated exports, logos and avatars do not count towards the quota.

Shared storage extensions require a quote. The media library option remains separate.

Your trial, step by step

Do I need a card to start?

No. Standalone modules, Starter and Pro include a 7-day trial without a card. AI is included, with its budget halved during the trial.

When do the 7 days start?

The trial starts when your subscription is created. Preparing your workspace does not postpone this deadline.

How do I continue after the trial?

Once your workspace is ready, add a payment method in subscription management before the trial ends. The selected amount is then charged at that deadline unless you cancel beforehand.

What happens without a payment method?

Without a payment method at the end of the 7 days, the subscription ends. Your data remains available as read-only for the following 30 days.
