Who has access to my data?
Only you and the team members you authorize. ark.swiss employees never access your data without your explicit permission, and only to resolve a technical incident. -
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You have 30 days to export your data in CSV, JSON or PDF format. After this period, all data is permanently deleted from our servers. -
Do you perform backups?
Yes. Automatic daily backups are performed and kept for 30 days. In case of data loss, we can restore to any point in the last 30 days.
