ark.plan is a Swiss SaaS for agencies, independent professionals and service SMBs. It connects appointments, contacts, projects, time and invoicing in one tool.
Who we are
ark.plan is a product of ark.swiss Sàrl, a Vaud limited liability company founded in 2019. Our St-Légier team develops web applications for Swiss SMBs.
A modular platform
ark.plan connects the daily work of a service agency or practice: calendar, CRM, projects, time, Swiss invoicing, Web Push notifications and Google Calendar.
When a sync is launched, ark.plan reads via SearchRead and automatically imports Odoo contacts, quotes and invoices. In the CRM, you then link a prospect to an already-synced Odoo customer.
The quote specifies modules, users, data migration and guidance according to your organisation.
Technical principles
- Isolated instance per customer — every customer has a dedicated PostgreSQL database and dedicated file storage.
- Hosted in Europe — application infrastructure is hosted exclusively in Europe, with production in the European Union, hot standby and independent backups in Switzerland.
- Configurable VAT — rates and calculation methods are set on each invoice or item.
- Connected calendar — two-way Google Calendar sync, Web Push notifications and a public booking link.
- Technical foundation — Go on the server, Vue 3 on the client and PostgreSQL for data.

We use ark.plan to run ark.swiss Sàrl: appointments, sales follow-up, time by project and invoicing.
The ark.swiss family
ark.plan belongs to the suite developed by ark.swiss Sàrl: ark.plan for customer management, ark.stock for inventory and ark.flow for accounting. The budget product is in preparation. Each quote defines the relevant scope and connections.
